Why is my product not the cheapest in price

*Raw Material:

We use high quality resin to produce our mannequins, our purchase price of the resin is almost expensive each ton, and our production dep rules that each ton of resin at most can produce 50-60 units of female mannequins or 40-50 units of male mannequins

( 16 kgs resin for female and 17kgs for male at least). Data is based on a mannequin with head.

*Internal Fittings: 

Same as resin, in order to ensure the quality of our mannequins, we use better quality of internal fittings for each of our mannequin, both metal and plastic fittings. For example, the waist fitting to hold the upper torso along with lower body, most of the factory use the not environmental protection of recycled plastic, but we use ABS plastic.  - ABS plastics is more stability, toughness, luster and lower odor than PVC plastics, so we choose ABS plastics.

*Paint: 

We do 6 times paint for matte white mannequins , 3 coats of primer and 3 coats of finish .

*Daily outout of each worker:

In order to ensure the quality of our mannequins, our production dep has the rule to each team of workers( usually 2 people as a team) that every day they only can produce no more than 20 pcs of mannequins. Because to guarantee the chemistry fully completed, the time of the resin in the mold must meet the stipulated time limitation, by this way, the final finished mannequin will not be deformed in the process of using in customers.

In additional to the points mentioned above, we also pay great attentions to a lot of details, such as the quality of base, the touch up paints kit, package etc. I cannot say our mannequin in the best in the market, I believe our mannequins must be very competitive in the market.
